Anyone can view messages, but you must first REGISTER as a User before you can post messages.

This prevents anyone from posting messages anonymously.

Registration will give you access to additional features not available to guest users such as private messaging, emailing to fellow users, usergroup subscription, etc. It only takes a few minutes to register so it is recommended you do so.

Registration also makes it easier each time you log in by flagging which Forums have new messages posted, so you don't need to waste any time searching for new messages.
