PUFF
BLUFF 2005 is June 18/19 and the Penticton club has
got a great weekend planned for those making the trek
to the heart of the sunny Okanagan.
This
year's PUFF BLUFF will feature:
"Friday
Night Lights": 1st Annual Ultimate Dodgeball
Classic 7:00pm - 10:00pm at the Penticton Sports Court/Tennis
Dome. Teams of 6 costumed competitors will attempt to
Dip, Dodge, Dive, Duck and.....Dodge their way to the
finals where they will compete for the "ultimate"
prize.... Followed by a late night player's social/captain's
meeting at the Art Gallery of the South Okanagan. Bring
your instruments -- its an open stage and wine bar (yes,
there will be beer too.)

PUFF BLUFF tournament begins play on Saturday
at King's Park and Queen's Park fields (same as last
year with some additional fields within walking distance).
Count on some sweet ulti action and the return of our
Penticton-style field food spread. Saturday night is
the BBQ dinner and party aboard the beautiful S.S. Sicamous
on Lakeshore Drive -- dinner/party only tickets will
be available to non-players for $10. The $35 per player
tournament fee includes dinner, party and 2 nights camping.
Shuttle transportation will be running from approx.
7pm to 12 midnight between the campsite (the "unofficial"
party) and the official party downtown at the Sicamous.
Players interested in staying in town are invited to
make reservations at one of the many cool and affordable
hotels on Lakeshore Drive, just minutes from the incredible

Sunday June 19: Playoffs and finals -- more of that
awesome field food and prizes to be won! 2-year champions
the Mad Cows are back to defend and we are told they
are madder than ever!
Team spaces are filling fast and currently limited to
6 available spots. If your team is interested in
making the trip to Penticton this year please send your
non-refundable $200 team deposit made payable to the
Penticton Ultimate Frisbee Federation (P.U.F.F.) to
Tournament Director, Box 162, 113-437 Martin Street,
Penticton, BC, V2A 5L1. Other information required
includes your team name, hometown, level of play (A
or B) and team representative contact info please. Email
